Shanthi,

In case you don't get it, no one's responded because this community is not for getting people to do your work for you. Do some research on your own, ask a focused, intelligent question and people are happy to help. Expect someone to do your job for you at no cost, and we've got better things to do than help lazy people.

As I've said elsewhere, I've started to think of these sort of posts as equivalent to spam.

Should be straight forward:-

1.) Restore back the backed up files
2.)startup the database
(Since it was a cold backup no recovery will be required)

1. shutdown abort
2. copy the all the backup datafiles , controlfiles and redo logfiles to restore the orginal locations
3. startup the database
