Francois,

Great! Looks good. I suggest removing the color fading on OC and making the whole logo have more contrast. Also, remove the "Meet other Oracle fellows" line. The logo will replace the text "Oracle Community" at the top of this site, and therefore has to fit there.

Francois, you're great! Thanks. After a few tests, I have noticed that replacing the text "Oracle Community" with an image will break the customizations of some of the members profiles. So, I have decided to not replace the text with an image logo for now. I appreciate your help anyway.

Maybe a relation with the height of the logo...
Did you try to reduce it?

Yes I did. I actually tried different images in addition to yours. However, a bigger issue is the transparency of the image. It looks good on white background, and not so good on other darker background colors. Here is another logo image I was playing with:

In this case, you need a GIF format with transparency color.
