auto invoice import program completed with error

Can anyone help to solve this issue?  
Issue in India Localisation.  User wrongly selected Tax category with Excise & VAT for service item instead of Service Tax in Sales Order.  Lines held up in Auto Invoice Interface.  Auto Invoice import program completed with error - VAT classification not found.
