I WANT TO GET  THE ORACLE OPTIMIZER INFORMATION.ABLE TO GIVE ANY EXPLAINATION OF IT?.

ARE U KNOW ANY LINK FOR DOWNLOAD THE ORACLE HOME EDITION SOFTWARE IN FREE ?

PS: Typing in ALL capital letters is similar to shouting in real world. So, unless you want to shout, I suggest you follow proper capitalization.

I think you will also need connection strings to your Oracle.I used one of the alternative connection strings listed on this page ozekisms.com/index.php?owpn=511 and it worked properly . I send SMS messages from Oracle with this solution.
