who use incremental updated backup?
Now a days most of the companies use increment backups like banks etc. one of the reason is reduce the time backup time and safe.

Yasin,
There are many goodies that are given by RMAN, I won't put them all here. You have posted couple of questions in a very short time. I would suggest that you start a discussion focusing on question at a time so that it can be replied.
For most of the questions that you have asked, you can refer to the Backup and Recovery guide from oracle docs.

Dear Friend pls i need Oracle dba job, i have total 12 years of it exp and 4 years oracle dba and 2 years apps dba, i am oracle 9i ,10g,ocp,oracle 10g rac and 11i apps dba certified.

RMAN is oracle's recommended utility for backing up your database(s). It is easy to configure and use. I think, a DBA must know how to use RMAN. Its features cannot be expressed in few words.
