Hello everyone.3 days ago i started to study about Oracle Database so im quite new in it.Is there anyone can tell me the differences between Release 1 and Release 2 ? Which one should i install ? Thanks.

How Important is Experience on Your IT Resume?

Interesting post on hands-on experience versus theoretical knowledge. Do note that it looks at the experience and knowledge across desktop and server support roles.The author did not want to trail off into specialty roles like security, programming, etc as the post would never end.
