- I've been working with Oracle Database since version 8.0.5. In short, I got the OCP credential because I really like to work as a DBA, managing Oracle Databases and in addition, in order to gain more visibility and greater access to the industry’s most challenging opportunities. Currently, I have a blog site at http://www.eduardolegatti.blogspot.com/ (For a while in Brazilian Portuguese) not only to spread Oracle Database technology in my city, country, but also to share and expose what I have learned in all these years. In addition, I'm a active member of the OTN Forums at http://forums.oracle.com that is a great place for help other people and share experiences and knowledges with other members.

I work as Developer on ORACLE 10g in Gaming Domain.
I am also interested in ORACLE DBA. I had completed my ORACLE 9i and 10g DBA and acquired OCA in Administration.
But at office,exposure to DBA is very less, so I got two Personals PC's at home and work on them as mush as possbile.
I do a lot of Self Study.
Then, Completed my ORACLE 11i APPS DBA (11.5.10). I had tried to groom my Carrer in that Area, but did not possible due to lack of Experience..still when time permits I keep on updating in New Version 12i..
That is my experience.....
So, where do you work...?
Do you got idea on RAC ?
for a time....but difficlut to construct back ..in English
But able to understand upto some extent...not much..
we should have a experience... other wise its's quite not possbile for us...to getin ..there...
