Write a script that will generate a unique password for everyone and the password has to expire immediately when they login with it for the first time prompt the user to put a old password and new password.

The only way I know u can learn Apps urself is through anilpassi's website i.e www.oracle.anilpassi.com There are lot of tutorials there u can go through like common apps training,HRMS payroll training,Oracle workflow training, OA Framework training and SOA so the site has got some brilliant stuff to learn d only thing is u need time:) All d best...njoy!
