Receipts

Hi guys


We have a AR receipt with maturity date. But after cheqeue goes to bank, bank informs us that there is no money in customer account . Now we need to have this accounting:

Unsetteled Receipts Account Dr
Remmittance Account Cr


How can I have it in R12?

migration of database to different platforms

oracle 10 g has introduced the feature of tdb(transport database)

in this database can be converted from one platform to other

the min. req. for the conversion is

1.oracle version should be same on both the platform

2.check the prerequitise before migration

3.check for the external objects(just run a script )
