WHICH ONE IS BETTER ? To Get a DB in an area or different DB in diff states, as in 1 central DB for a big organisation or getting different DB for the different cities for that same company and in the same country. I really need a convincing advice/comment....

Reconfigure Database Control in RAC environment using EMCA

We have a Real Application Cluster 11gR2 environment running in 7 nodes Oracle Clusterware. We need to reconfigure the database control to manage the whole cluster nodes. RAC 11gR2; How do I troubleshoot my clusterware startup issue?

We have found one of our Cluster 7 nodes environment down and we can’t bring it up again.
