I just want to know , if the Pl/SQL procedure is located at one database server , can I call a shell script located at other server.
If so, can anyone please let us know how it can be done.
and also can we pass parameters to the procedure or script can return values.
Anything which can be added will be great.
Thanks in advance.

Correctly defining Oracle-related environment variables in a Linux or Unix session is pretty important, especially on a system that hosts multiple ORACLE_HOMEs. Equally important is making sure that old settings are removed from the environment when switching contexts from one ORACLE_HOME to another. Here's an example
of how I do it.

Rate wise, ideally I'm open at the moment. I'm more interested in finding the right candidates for the position. These candidates need to come out of a financial background as this is a financial client. Please read the description below and email email@example.com if… Continue

on your own blog. I've migrated all the content to the new site and eventually things should forward but I wanted to give you a heads up if you've set an RSS feed to the old site. The new site is… Continue
