Code Examples of In-Memory Grouping for more efficient data computing and analytics

It is convenient to realize some common in-memory grouping with esProc, such as, equal grouping, alignment grouping and enumeration grouping. They are to be illustrated with the following examples.

Equal grouping

Grouping basis of equal grouping is certain fields (or computed columns derived from fields) within a data set. Each group is a subset of original data set.

Case description: Group sales orders by the year. …

Difference between esProc Table Sequence and SQL Data Table

SQL data table and esProc TSeq(Table Sequence) are all the structured 2-dimensional data objects. The records, indexes, and primary keys can all be applied to the structured data computing. Although both of them can be applied to the structured data computing, their application scenarios differ distinctly. TSeq is fit for solving the complex computing problem involving not-so-big data volume, while data table is fit for the common computation involving possible big data volume.

Their…

Cases of database management with more convenient programming methods

esProc can write to databases and manage database transactions. Here we’ll look at the programming method of rollbacks and controlling transaction submission, etc.

ASubmit transactions automatically…
