How to Find and Fix INVALID OBJECT in Oracle 10g ?

STEP -1) FIND THE INVALID OBJECT IN YOUR DATABASE

select owner,
object_type,
object_name,
status
from dba_objects
where status = 'INVALID'
order by owner, object_type, object_name;

                                                                   OR

Select namespace , pins , reloads , invalidations
from v$librarycache;

STEP -2) IF YOU FOUND ANY INVALID OBJECT IN YOUR DATABASE

THEN

RUN THIS SCRIPT (UTLRP.SQL)

DEFAULT LOCATION IN ORACLE WINDOWS ARE

D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\RDBMS\ADMIN\utlrp

NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW TO RUN THIS SCRIPT ?

SIMPLY

SQL> @ D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\RDBMS\ADMIN\utlrp.sql;

YOU CAN FIX MOST OF THE INVALID OBJECT BY RUINING THIS SCRIPT

                                                   OR

ASSUME  THERE ARE SOME INVALID OBJCTS SHOWS IN HR SCHEMA

THEN DO THIS TO FIX HR SCHEMA INVALID OBJCT TO MAKE VALID

SQL> EXECUTE DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS ('HR','EMPLOYEES');

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

DONE :-)
