How to change chart columns color due to values?

Hi,
I'd like to know how to chane chart columns color due to their values. i've oracle developer 6i and oracle database 10g.

u can change it
create visual attribbute and set the values of property dynamicaly at the run time attach those visual attribut at run time u can change the color of char column
